Wondrous item, artifact (requires attunement) ___ This darkened silvery crown, made of an unknown metal, hovers just above the wearer's head, never fully touching them. ***Veil's Grace.*** Your [[Intelligence]] and [[Charisma]] scores each increase by 4, to a maximum of 24. You are immune to being [[charmed]] or [[frightened]] and gain truesight out to 30 feet. ***Tethered to the Beyond.*** The crown is linked to a force outside reality. While attuned, you can cast the following spells, using Intelligence as your spellcasting ability: - **[[Detect Thoughts]]** – at will - **[[Telepathy]]** – 3/day - **[[Synaptic Static]]** – 2/day - **[[Contact Other Plane]]** – 1/day ***Reality Fracture.*** As an action, you can tear a rift in the air within 60 feet, causing all creatures in a 20-foot radius make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, creatures in the area get a glimpse of unknown horrors beyond, becoming stunned and gaining a level of madness. They take 4d10 psychic damage. On a success, they are not stunned and take half damage. They also don't gain a level of madness. A creature stunned this way can remake the saving throw at the end of subsequent turns. This can be used once a day, regaining it's use at midnight of every day. ***Truth Unraveled.*** Each time you complete a long rest while attuned to the Crown, roll a d10.
