The heart still beats, and will forever as [[Orcus]] remains. Those who hold the heart are said to hear voices, whispers of [[Orcus]]'s victims long passed, however it has never been proven as true. --- While attuned to this artifact, you are immune to [[necrotic]] damage. Once per day, you can cast the [[Finger of Death]] spell. You regain this use at midnight. You can Raise Undead from a deceased body. If you do, you must touch the heart to the creature's chest. The newly formed undead is a servant of [[Orcus]] and will listen to all commands you or a leader of [[Orcus]]'s Grey. If more than one creature try to command a servant of [[Orcus]], they must make a contested Charisma check. The losing creature of this contest will not be listened to by servants of [[Orcus]] for the next 24 hours. ---
